Kathleen Madigan The Salt River Grand Ballroom at Talking Stick Resort Concert reviews
Van is just earning a paycheck
"Kathleen Madigan's voice, as good as ever, lacked any spirit or enthusiasm in her performance. The middle of the show was comprised of forgettable typical uninspiring blues songs, aside from the few hits. The band, though professional and adequate, had one stellar player and one who needed more practice. Predictable and disinterested describes the performance. What a rip off for the ticket price, also it was just 90 minutes. I went to see an icon and got a ghost. Do not bother to see this show, better to listen to Moondance on cd and remember when he was doing more than just earning a paycheck."
